My Fall Vision Board

As I've started to tap more into my creative side, I've become really interested in creating vision boards. Up until now I've been doing so on Pinterest, but decided for my first blog post I would try to put together a more cohesive representation of the version of fall that sits in my mind. Of course, as anyone should expect, fall to me encompasses traditional fall colors blended with the pink that exists in every part of my life. Gilmore Girls will always make an appearance, especially because I recently started my annual rewatch in honor of the coming season. Moving down from there, you can call me basic, but I really do love a fall coffee, especially a pumpkin spice latte. To me coffee shop visits have always been a partner activity, something I do with a friend, but in my quest to become more comfortable spending time alone I am trying to take myself on more dates, especially to my favorite coffee shop. Another hallmark of fall to me is being able to spend time outside and being completely comfortable. With that comes reading- in the park, on a bench, on my front porch. I still have a huge reading list to work through, which I'll post on here sometime soon. Finally, my biggest fall love is Peanuts. This is symbolic for me of all holidays to come, and Halloween is the kickoff. My whole life, my mom and I watch the Peanuts movie that corresponds with each season/holiday together, and they still bring me so much comfort and warmth. Making this vision board has been introspective for me, and in my quest to find a way to visually represent what goes on in my brain, I've had the chance to dive deeper and try to understand myself better.
